Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026

1. Service Overview

Swift Web Sync provides custom, high-performance static web development, design prototyping, mobile-first ordering systems, and ongoing digital maintenance for small businesses.

2. Payment Milestones & Engagement Model

Projects are executed under a consultative engagement structure. Unless otherwise negotiated in a custom scope of work, projects require a 50% deposit prior to kickoff and the remaining balance upon final delivery and client approval.

3. Domain & Infrastructure Management

To guarantee peak performance, SSL encryption, and high uptime across mobile networks, Swift Web Sync manages domain registration, DNS routing, and edge hosting infrastructure on behalf of the client during active service agreements.

4. Managed Maintenance & Support

Clients enrolled in our monthly retainer receive ongoing software maintenance, security certificate renewals, minor text/content updates, and cloud hosting administration.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain 100% ownership of their brand trademarks, uploaded photography, and proprietary business content. Swift Web Sync retains ownership of core agency design frameworks and underlying code architectures.
